Professional services include consultations, custom analysis, training sessions, and tailored support. Engagements commence after receipt of payment and confirmation of appointment.

5. Informational Products

Informational products include digital reports, e-guides, videos, and templates designed to support your tax-related processes. Access is granted immediately upon purchase.

6. Tangible Goods

Tangible goods include printed manuals, workbooks, and branded merchandise. Shipping details and delivery times vary by destination.

7. Refund Policy

We strive for your satisfaction across all offerings. Refunds, exchanges, and rescheduling options differ by category:

7.1 Professional Services

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery. Approved refunds are issued via the original method within 14 days. If you wish to reschedule an appointment, notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time to avoid fees. Late cancellations or missed sessions are not refundable, as resources are allocated in advance.

Certain expedited or on-demand services may be non-refundable due to the immediate commitment of expert personnel and scheduling constraints. In such cases, alternatives, such as credit toward future services, may be offered at our discretion.

7.2 Informational Products

Requests for refunds on informational products are accepted within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Approved refunds are processed within 10 days. After this period or usage threshold, no refunds are available, as digital delivery cannot be undone.

7.3 Tangible Goods

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective. Once we receive the returned item, refunds are issued within 14 days via the original method. Exchanges and store credit options are also available upon request.

8. Scheduling and Rescheduling

To reschedule a service, contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will accommodate changes subject to availability. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in fees or no refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

TaxNexLab’s total liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service, product, or good. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
